Mesa's older neighborhoods are full of flat add-ons: Arizona rooms, carports, patio covers, whole additions with barely any fall. They were built low, drained badly, and coated whenever somebody remembered. Foam fixes the slope problem for good, and a scheduled white coat keeps it fixed.
